Complaints procedure

Hair Science Clinic takes quality care seriously and values your satisfaction. We do our utmost to assist you to your complete satisfaction, from your initial visit during a no-obligation consultation to your final check-up. Despite our attention and efforts, there may be times when you are not satisfied. In that case, you can file a complaint.
We always take your complaint seriously and handle your complaint and information with strict confidentiality. By submitting a complaint, you give us the opportunity to work together toward a solution.

What should you do if you have a complaint?

If you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know. First, discuss your complaint with the involved doctor or their supervisor. You can send an email to besthair@hasci.com, addressed to your treating physician, with the subject line “complaint.” You can discuss your complaint with your treating physician, and you will receive a response within three working days.
